Please don't panic - yes the deadline is 2 April but so long as you have booked an event listing we will allow until 16 April for you to finalise those last details.

There are over 180 of you organising events so as you can imagine it's pretty busy here and we can't response to every question immediately. We will be in touch if we think something is missing. See the Take Part page for more information.

Artists Open Houses Online 2020: Connecting During Lockdown

A project produced by Artillery CIC together with Waltham Forest creatives. This film is made from a vivid collection of virtual open house events transporting you into artists' workspaces during May-August 2020. It is a very special record of the challenging new circumstances of living and working through Covid-19 with many artists unwell, or shielding, adapting to working from home, or relocating to wherever they had caring responsibilities. We are hugely grateful for their generous act of sharing their personal experiences.

You can see the full length open house events here.
Special thanks to curator Penny Rutterford, film producer Orlando Capitanio and Arts Council Emergency Response Fund.

Covid-19 Statement

“During this challenging time, the E17 Art Trail will focus on supporting our community in adapting to new ways of experiencing the art and conversations that make the Trail a treasured moment in all our diaries. We believe that art, creativity and community is essential to the mental wellbeing and the healthy development of all humans. We are working to deliver an event that enables togetherness, while remaining vigilant about protecting our community from the very real dangers that many face due to Covid 19.

It is our aim to ensure that everyone participating in the E17 Art Trail does so responsibly to prevent further spread of the virus. We will continue to closely monitor and assess the evolving situation and will be diligent about communicating on important issues and modifications.”
